The BIBAs are so popular that every year they attract entries from businesses from across the whole of Lancashire.
But they also attract entries from businesses located in places which, whilst historically part of Lancashire, haven’t been for a long time.
Places like Wigan, for instance, which is actually in Greater Manchester along with Bolton, Bury, Oldham and Rochdale. And Southport, which is in Merseyside.
We know they’re probably all brilliant and deserving of recognition, but if their business is not in Lancashire, they’re sadly not eligible to enter.
So, who can enter the BIBAs 2022 then?
If your business is based in the present-day county of Lancashire, in one of the following 14 local authority areas, you can enter:
Blackburn with Darwen
Blackpool
Burnley
Chorley
Fylde
Hyndburn
Lancaster
Pendle
Preston
Ribble Valley
Rossendale
South Ribble
West Lancashire
Wyre
