Judges training
The judging process of the BIBAs is a key element which sets this competition apart from others.
Not only do we traditionally interview companies in a face-to-face setting, but the ‘BIBAs on Tour’ sees the judging panel visit the finalist’s premises as part of the the rigorous process.
Judges attending the training session will hear from ‘Team BIBAs’, as well as fellow judges with considerable experience of judging in previous years.
They’ll also hear from a past BIBAs winner as to how they found the judging process.
A scoring exercise will also be undertaken by the judges, and we’ll take an in-depth look at the process, the history and the rules which make the BIBAs the ‘one they all want to win’.
Judge’s Training takes place on the 26th April 2024, at the Anderton Centre, Chorley. Full details will be provided to judges in advance of the session.
