Bringing the Be Inspired Business Awards to Blackpool is a journey in itself.
As anticipation builds for this year’s BIBAs ceremony, it’s important to recognize the immense effort that goes on behind the scenes to bring Lancashire’s premier business awards to life at the iconic Blackpool Tower Ballroom.
Each year, the BIBAs team works tirelessly to ensure that every detail of the event is meticulously planned and executed.
In just over two months’ time, under the glorious Illuminations of Blackpool, all 20 awards will be handed out and a year of preparation will be over.
From the initial application process to the glittering awards night, the journey involves countless hours of dedication, collaboration, and creativity.
“Hosting the BIBAs at the Blackpool Tower Ballroom is a monumental task that requires the coordination of numerous elements,” says Babs Murphy, chief executive of the North & Western Lancashire Chamber of Commerce, who organise the event, “our team is committed to delivering an unforgettable experience that celebrates the achievements of Lancashire’s business community.”
The process begins months in advance with the application phase, where businesses across the county submit their entries.
This is followed by a rigorous judging process, involving interviews and the month-long BIBAs on Tour to ensure that the most deserving candidates are recognized.
From the logistics planning of roadmaps for the BIBAs on Tour to sorting out that all-important menu and under-wraps entertainment for the night, no stone is left unturned for the event which bringing over 1,000 guests to Blackpool.
“The BIBAs is more than just an awards ceremony; it’s a celebration of the hard work, innovation, and success of businesses in Lancashire,” added Babs. “The effort that goes into making this event a reality is a testament to the dedication of everyone involved.”
