The final hours off BIBAs applications are upon us!
Across Lancashire – from Low Carbon to Leisure businesses, manufacturing to micro – the sounds of keyboards tapping can be heard frantically get their applications in for the county’s premier business awards.
And there is still chance for your business to enter the awards – simply register at www.thebibas.co.uk, choose your category (or categories) and get applying, you’ll never know where it might lead!
Headline sponsors Lancashire County Council, who also sponsor Business of the Year, are joined by a wealth of incredible businesses partnering with the BIBAs, including Brabners who are looking after Family BoTY, FW Capital (Manufacturing), UCLan (Leadership Team), Team Leyland (Global) and Sustainable Energy First (Low Carbon)
Finalists will go through Lancashire’s most rigorous business awards process, including face-to-face interviews at Deepdale in May, partnering with North End Events and the famous BIBAs on Tour, where judges visit businesses in person. The awards culminate in the spectacular BIBAs ceremony, a night of celebration that brings together the very best in business, with the gala dinner this year sponsored by Glasdon Group.
There’s a category to suit Lancashire’s diverse business community with more sponsors including BAE Systems (Apprentice Team), EPA Construction (Construction), Intersys-Micronics (Innovative) and TurnKey, MHS and CKS Catering sponsoring Scale-Up, Medium and Small Business respectively.
Babs Murphy, chief executive of the North & Western Lancashire Chamber of Commerce, who organise the BIBAs, said: “Once again, this year we have been overwhelmed with the response from the business community who are as diverse as ever in the categories they have chosen to enter.
“It’s great to see so many new businesses entering the awards and shows how much words spreads in the importance of the awards for the business community.
“We wish all applicants the very best of luck and hope this is the start of an exciting journey!”
