St Annes-based Intersys Micronics is again sponsoring the Innovative Business of the Year award for us.
It was founded in 1989, and its mission ever since has been to develop quality technology solutions and provide reliable support for many different types of organisation. It offers complete systems integration in areas such as networking, remote communications, web application development, custom training and internet solutions.
Intersys Micronics takes the fast changing world of technology very seriously, and spends a lot of time keeping up with the industry players, large and small. It’s their business to know who is providing the best in today’s technology, from equipment and software vendors, to internet providers, data communications carriers, phone companies and related industry providers, so it can give the best advice and support.
It’s no coincidence then that it chooses to align itself with the BIBAs, which champions the best-of-the-best and that it sponsors the Innovative Business of the Year category, being no stranger to technological change and innovation as part of its work.
Sponsoring the Community Business of the Year award in 2023 is the Lancashire Post.
Founded in Fulwood, Preston, in 1886, and now owned by multimedia company National World plc, it’s been the daily read of Prestonian’s for almost 140 years and retains its focus on keeping the community informed of the news that matters most to local people.
Publishing stories that cover everything from crime, to politics, business, health, education and more, the Lancashire Post is the go-to source of news in the area and is the only remaining daily print title.
This isn’t the first time it’s chosen to sponsor the Community Business of the Year award in the BIBAs, which reflects its commitment to community and social issues.
