With the interview stage of the BIBAs on the horizon, it’s always good to hear from those at the coalface who have experience of the process.
Last year’s Medium Business of the Year, Preston-based Service Care Solutions, said the process was a great experience.
“We have always found the BIBAs judges to be well informed, knowledgeable and complementary of our business,” said associate director, Paul Bradley, “Whilst we didn’t directly implement anything as a consequence of the process, I believe it was insightful speaking to them about our submission and gauging their responses to our questions.
“In a number of areas, their feedback on how they were impressed with the business or our approach towards situations really validated some of the actions we have taken.”
