Learning from the BIBAs process was all the motivation last years New Business of the Year needed.
Lancaster-based HSE Advice lost out in a crowded field in 2023 but the process helped them scoop the iconic trophy a year later.
Director Ashley Walker said: The BIBAs is also a challenging process which makes you look at your business operations and strive to be the best in your field. We entered in 2023 and were a finalist for New Business.
“We immediately wanted to apply again for the category as we learnt from the last process in what we needed to work on in both the application and our business goals / achievements for the next year.
